Charlene Shih

Charlene Shih is a multidisciplinary artist based in Culver City, working in video, painting and installation. A CalArts graduate, she blends Eastern and Western influences to explore identity, cultural connections and transformation. Shih has exhibited at the National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts and the San Jose Museum of Art and has held residencies at the Santa Monica 18th Street Art Center and Cité des Arts in Paris. Her work, often inspired by memory and place, reflects a deep engagement with history, nature and the ever-evolving dialogue between tradition and contemporary expression.
