Electric Beats: A Glow-in-the-Dark Roller Disco

FreeJoin the LA Skate Hunnies at Ivy Station for our final Summer Roller Disco with a DJ, Artisan Vendor Market, Adult Skate Rentals, Lessons, and other fun surprises!
**Lessons are paid and required registration on laskatehunnies.com. The following classes will be offered, with full details on their website:
- Beginner Basics I
- Intro to Slalom
- Intro to Figure Skating
Skaters are welcome to stay on the plaza all night, or join an optional roll-out through historic downtown Culver City! The road roll out is not recommended for those who do not have experience road skating, but the organizers are available to talk through whether it is a good fit for your comfort level!
Don’t have skates? Skate Rentals will be $15/night for roller skates, adult sizes only.

Information about the Hunnies Roll-Outs:
This Skate Night is beginner friendly, but participants are expected to have control when skating and have basic skills to navigate road skating in a large group. Reach out to hello@laskatehunnies.com with any questions about route difficulty.
Thursday Night Skate is a community meetup for primarily roller skaters and rollerbladers, but all wheels are welcome, and you’ll often see cyclists and skateboarders join in on the fun! Participants will meet at Ivy Station to go out on a group ride around Culver City. The group passes through some of Culver City’s most iconic landmarks, with lots of stops to dance, rest, or do whatever you’d like!
Liability release is REQUIRED, ticket holders will be asked to sign at checkout.
This is a free event with free parking validation upon request. Parking is available in the Ivy Station garage, with entrances on Venice Blvd and National Blvd. Check in with an event organizer to make sure you receive parking validation.

About the LA Skate Hunnies:
The LA Skate Hunnies are a local roller skate group that offers free weekly community meetups, skate lessons, skate rentals, wellness events, and more. Their most popular event, Thursday Night Skate, occurs in rotating locations throughout Los Angeles, and brings skaters together to roll through the streets of LA’s most iconic neighborhoods.
The popular group has become synonymous with the skate scene here in Los Angeles, and is excited to continue hosting skate meetups starting and ending at Ivy Station.
