Early Poverty Row Studios

Hollywood Historian Marc Wanamaker presents a deep dive presentation into the earliest film companies that came to the area.  These small companies were all daring pioneers, some of whom faded away — and some became the great film studios we know today — paramount, MGM, Universal.  Their exploits make for a colorful and fascinating recall of our local history.
